Definitely better than earlier in the day/ evening but still we are seeing this same pattern every day it seems. Crap speeds at peak times and crazy up and down swings late night. I just don't get it. Appreciate the effort Rocca, just a little frustrated. Think Rogers new plans are trampling the rest of us?

rocca Start.ca Premium join:2008-11-16 London, ON kudos:12	It sounds like your node might have suffered some congestion, I imagine lots of their retail customers upgraded and perhaps put it over the top. One thing that we've noticed is that Rogers congestion problems don't seem to last too long, they've been pretty good with upgrades the past few months.
