Yes, our Internet has been down since last night. SB5100 with Receive light flashing then not and Online light not lit. I've tried unplugging and plugging in the cable modem with no change in the connection. We're in Scarborough near Birchmount and Sheppard.
We'd call Rogers but our phone is VOIP and needs the Rogers Internet connection. I could try calling them from work but calling Rogers is not what I get paid to do at work. That and I can't unplug and plug things in when they ask.
In reference to an earlier post by someone else I am using both a power bar and a UPS - I guess they'd just blame those things for my Internet being down.
