It's been down since 1:30am. It went down yesterday (21st) around 2am too. Figured it was maintenance, since they never advise anyone ahead of time.
Now I'm thinking it must have been "one of their partners" again.
Unfortunately that's always the case, as mentioned elsewhere. They never communicate with their customers. It really is too bad that they haven't got a clue what customer service is about.
