If you block by Parental Control in Navigator and you block by Rating of "R", are ratings higher above that such as "Adult", and "NC-17" also blocked?

If you block by Title What titles are blocked?

Does Blocking by Title alone, restrict viewing? In Passport, it did not.

Finally, if you block a show, is it blocked only in the time grid, or in the Search results screens as well?
