[Speed] speed issues

bob @comcastbusiness.net	[Speed] speed issues so I have the 75/10 plan and the speed is not only slow at peak hours, it also has speed spikes where it goes even slower. aside from that I do not think I have broken 40Mbps even during non peak hours. any ideas ? is my area just over provisioned? Thanks Bob

helpyou @rcn.com	u testing by wireless or wired to wired? i think the proper term you are looking for is "oversubscribed" not "over provisioned"
