Cox Communications Inc. is adding home security to its telecommunications services, making use of the technology that it already uses in Hampton Roads homes.
The cable company has begun offering a 24-hour home monitoring system to guard against intrusions. It includes remote access for customers to control their system online or via smartphone and receive email or text alerts. |
