Looking for some advice on car issue

I have a 2002 Ford Focus ZTS, on Sunday the car decided to up and die. It will not start. Turning the key on produces a loud, continuous beep. If I turn on the lights, the cluster gauge and lights inside will turn on but the radio will not. The headlights also do not come on. There is no clicking when turning the ignition either. New battery doesn't change it either.

Sounds like a dead battery but since you replaced it----possibly a relay in the fuse box under the hood?

You could try lightly tapping the relays and you might get lucky.
