So if January you exceeded by 20gb, what happened in December? If you were at least 20gb under, then on average you still came in under your limit. Check again in February: Jan was over by 20, so stay under by at least 20 in Feb and that average will also be under your limit. In that situation you aren't charged any overage.
On the other hand, if you go over 2 months in a row (or over in one and but not under by enough in the other) then you average above your limit and get charged. |
