I'm not sure what road your on, but Sprint 4G LTE is all over New Windsor. Have you considered looking into it?

when my speeds get this low...I don't have the patience to wait for all the Speedtest crapola to load....just to prove that I'm getting abysmal speeds intermittently during the day..,

so I use

One thing that happened lately was that the modem would not connect using my 3g router.I had to connect the modem to the PC and use the sprint software. It updated my pro in the process.Too bad their usage meter is not right on the hotspots plan.I was kicked off for 90gbs in 20 days. Not possible. I don't even stream video. 4g was nice to have.

yeah that was problem for me too when millenicom tech wanted some kind of proof that my sprint 3G speeds were terrible - speedtest.net won't even load when the speeds are that bad.

i think they had me use pcpitstop for the speed test and some other site for ping.

Are you using external antenna and/or booster?I'm using a Wilson 12" omni no booster.I have a Wilson booster for At&T,but it's no use with Sprint.
