That's a different proceeding entirely to due with ILEC wholesale services, it may include broadband wholesale but the submission is vague. Either way, the CNOC proceeding is file number 8661-C182-201214270 as you can see here. »services.crtc.gc.ca/pub/instance···01213165

I thought of posting this up yesterday in the speed-matching thread but after reading over the lengthy Primus submission I realized it was something entirely different.
