I've run networks through their network and never found a port blocked. I often used common port numbers during setting up a new tunnel just to remove the variable of a closed port, and used most of the common but seldom used ports to test, before setting it on a weird port number for a tiny bit of security. Never ran into a blocked port. But things can change with the flip of a software switch.
