it's hard to tell what speed you actually have on Rogers since they don't really upgrade your speed if you're on an older modem.
best thing is to run a speed test at speedtest.net and post it here. |

Slow downs or lag can be caused by other people with crappy connections. Its not nescesarily your connection. |
