1) Eliminate inefficiency and waste from bloated and bureaucratic processes/organizations 2) Adapt services/products that are priced below a profitable level

| WTF? It isn't Google generating the traffic. Youtube video doesn't come unsolicited. GMail isn't delivered unsolicited. These services are ONLY delivered because Orange's customers requested it.
