I have been using TSI home phone since Jan 2010. I have never had any problems for the past 3 yrs... activation was smooth. Price has not gone up since I joined unlike Bell. I pay $25.28/mth + tax. With Bell, I would be paying about $40+tax with the same features.
Only problem I ever had with Teksavvy was they billed me $200 for internet service I didn't order because some guy with the same name as me ordered internet. That problem was fixed immediately once I called in. |
