Joking aside ( I know you guys are struggling with staff to meet demand), earlier this month I cancelled my service, you guys are great but my family cries for FibeTV were greater.
My modem seems to have been disconnected but I have not received any kind of confirmation from Ebox, what is the normal process?

Bell forces you to take their internet in order to get FibeTV because it has apps and widgets.
Called MANY times to try and get the internet part "zero rated" (they will do this for customers about to leave) before I signed but failed.
Ironically I spoke to a different person now I am a customer that should allow me to do it (they put a note on my file) but because my account is cancelled I would have to pay the whole reconnection deal again. It would still be worth it if I believed Bell would actually honor it.
