[Availability] My phone number qualifies for Uverse but my addreSo I decided to check on att.com today for Uverse availability and to my surprise I saw that when I enter my AT&T home phone number, it says Uverse is available for me. However when I use my home address (same location) it says it is not available and that they can research my address and double check. So, how can I know Uverse is available here? |

Re: [Availability] My phone number qualifies for Uverse but my aLet AT&T do the research and verify. Call and ask for that to be done. They may have to have a technician come to your house to test. It is possible that AT&T Uverse technicians and network engineers conducted tests on phone lines in your area and produced a list of those that could qualify for at least the lowest service tier of internet service speed and the minimum number of television viewers. The marketing department may have previously decided certain addresses were in areas projected top be ones where only the bottom tier could be offered and decided they were not worth perseuing. |
