reply to DrStrangLov You have proven that beam congestion is still a problem with Legacy customers sharing bandwidth with Exede-5 customers.
Reminds me of my Legacy experience when I was on beam 43 of Anik-F2...download speeds slowed to a crawl during the peak evening hours, yet upload speeds were almost always consistent.
And after 11pm the download speeds began to return to normal..and normal speeds during the day, but began to slow til about 4-6pm when all the kids got home from school and parents were home from work...and by 7pm back to a crawl.. -- Exede12, ViaSat-1, beam 342, Albuquerque Gateway, Denver AcceleNet servers
