Motorola NVG510 broadband connection it says no IP AddressIt started this two days ago, and it won't resolve. I've done all of the troubleshooting available on the web page that comes up for the router when it won't connect, and it keeps saying "no IP address". I haven't had this problem in the past, I usually just unplug it and then plug it back in and everything is fine, but this time, no matter how much I do that or mess with the wires extending out of it, nothing works. Any help? It won't connect to any device in the house, so it's not just my computer. |

Isn't NVG510 a U-verse modem? I don't know it. |

you are getting green broadband and green service? or just green broadband.
There is a spot on the back to factory reset the modem. Use a pen or paperclip and hold it in for 15-20 seconds all the lights will flash red and then just the power Let me know if that helps |
