I'm wondering what else can be done. In essence TWC is stealing money from me by not providing services that I pay for, and not doing due the diligence to get my service working.
looks like my problem is being resolved, had another tech out yesterday and said the main tech was at the node and was seeing some packet loss, came down and messed with the box in my backyard, then said he was going to replace some connections at the main node and he would monitor my line the next couple nights. so far it seems to be back at full speed, was getting 51/5 on speed tests last night.
