See, I tried that, but, the person on the phone said that it can only be given by retentions, and to speak to them, I actually have to have an account. lol
I might try sending a letter to the upstairs management and see if that works, using a little bit of common sense. I think my "walk into the store to buy something" analogy works, but, all big corps like this......logic evades them, most of the time.
