4 edits | flex view purchase history Hi everyone, since verizon gave their site a makeover, I am having trouble finding some features that were on the old site. If someone could tell me where to start clicking I would appreciate it.
1. Where do I now find the flex view rental/purchae history?
this history used to be under broadband essentials and extras (see screenshot).
Also where are these options now found?
2. Where is the option to reset/health check STBs.
3. Where is the information to manage my verizon wifi hot spot info.
It seems like a lot of the missing information is from the internet/online stuff.
I'm sure I can't be the only one missing theses links?

-from verizon.com
-In top big red menu click on MY VERIZON (ignore pop-up menu)
-On left menu bar click MY SERVICES
-On left menu bar click MY LIBRARY
-Should see 4 choices in center of the page. Click on Flex View purchases |

I cannot find the options for Reset/Health check on STBs. I see where they would be if available but it's not there. Maybe they took that option out and want you to do it with the remote directly on STB |

-Center of page is an option for Verizon Wi-Fi.
What you find there seems to be all there is for Wi-Fi |
