kudos:1 | in your gateway, go to the settings tab, then diagnotics tab, click on resets. you will need the password on the bottom of your gateway. then click the reset broadband link button |

kudos:1 | Click that or just unplug the gateway from power for a couple minutes and power back on... but resetting the broadband link is faster |
