kudos:1 | More than likely it is the solenoid. Sears parts is currently offline so can't give you the part number. It is located where the water line enters the fridge at the back. |

I have a Kenmore refrigerator thats doing the same thing.
Earlier this week I pulled the ice maker out and took it apart, it seems that the Thermal Cut Off (fuse) is open and I am looking for the specs and a replacement.
