Bummer that they sold it to Belkin. Cisco screwed up the Linksys brand, but Belkin is pretty near bottom of the barrel IMO.

My old WRT-54G v2 is still going strong and flashed with the toastman version of Tomato.

Completely agree on the Belkin comment. I had an issue with one of their UPS' because the output was not sinusoidal enough for the device plugged into. Contacted tech support and they said

quote:
that's what you get when you by a consumer grade UPS. You want better, go buy a higher priced UPS.
Funny how other consumer grade UPS worked fine. Given that and a couple of other similar substations with other Belkin products, I for one will not be running out to buy a Linksys/Belkin router any time soon.
