Re: FTTN 25/10 and 50/10 with Fibe TV + Unlimited Bandwidth said by jckelchl:I also did the upgrade a few days back but my usage meter has not changed? Still shows the same 120GB addon that I was paying for. Think I should call back in to make sure??? I would call and ask to speak to loyalty department, and double check with them. |

donl join:2010-04-23 Brampton, ON | reply to Guspaz Before I got unlimited, Bell gave me 125GB extra at no charge so when I got unlimited I guess since I am not paying anything for it they left it there. I did confirmed with the rep that my bill will be $10 extra with the unlimited. |

 | reply to Bellmtl said by Bellmtl:^ Also not true. There's no cap. It's unlimited. I can't say it is not true as the rep told me he was adjusting my cap to 1000GB. That being said 1000GB may mean unlimited in Bell's system. Just telling you what the rep told me. |

zed173 join:2010-07-17 Mississauga, ON | reply to Bellmtl I called in and replaced the 15/10 I had with FibeTV for 25/10 Unlimited for FibeTV. Unfortunately it seems it won't get changed until the 31st for some reason. Either way, happy to have the speed increase and unlimited usage now. |

 | reply to Bellmtl After speaking with the rep last night they "upgraded" me to the unlimited plan for 10$/month. My speed won't change so I'm staying with FIBE 50/50 (FTTH) but after speaking with the rep, it is not a "true" unlimited plan. From what I understood, they upgraded my limit from 250GB a month to 1000 GB a month. It is still good but if someone goes over 1TB of download/upload in a month, I'd be curious to know what would happen. |

But if you would of been on a 7330 SLAM, it would of work. They also sell 15/10 to people who can't even get VDSL2... The system doesn't always know these things... for some reason. It should though. Oh yes it should, nobody is telling that it shouldn't. Maybe they will fix it, maybe they won't... probably won't.
I hope the Bell tech checked if there was a 7330 in your area. I know my JWI has a OSLAM and a 7330. |
