If you talk to the general support reps on the phone, especially during late hours, they won't know anything about it. You need to get on the sales line during normal business hours and they'll be able to find out whether AnyPlay is available.

They'll send out a self-install kit for $15 which includes the device, 2-way splitter and two coaxial cables. In my case I got PCT branded cables and an Extreme Broadband splitter.

If you are a Triple Play subscriber there is also a deal to have the $10/mo fee waived for a year. Some of the sales reps will offer it to you, others might not know about it and will refer to a supervisor.
