I realize that someone across the street could be served from a different "box" but how likely / common would the OP's situation be ? 99% chance this is just a mistake that a human can override and resolve, yes ?
Without actually knowing, possible that they could be inid qualified but neighbors are both standard uverse. Ive seen this recently where a cx wasnt able to get uverse tv, was on ipdsl because of distance but could get an inid if they were turned on in that area
