| [TWC] Trenching/Digging TWC trenched my front yard and has hit my main sewer line causing it to back up into my basement. I have tried for 3 weeks to have someone come and look at this issue with no luck. I know that TWC subcontracts this work out. If there a phone number or someone I can call to help me out with this situation? |

| You need to call in and have a damage adjustment person come out. Make sure you're talking to a supervisor, they do have people that specifically handle it. Pretty sure regular agents can't schedule this, may depend on area. |
