I am dropping AT&T because you can't get a straight answer out of them except the bill is going up!!!
I have also had problems with U-verse with FOX and was told by AT&T that it was a FOX problem. I tend to believe them because it is the only station that I have any problems with.
I am switching to Charter full service after 43 years with Ma Bell systems across the Country and I told them why.
It is a shame that they can't give you a straight answer about your bill!!!
