Re: [Internet] Cant surf internet when using just 10% of avail b

I'd like to add my two cents.

First off, in all the many years I've been on DSL repair for Bell, I haven't seen this specific issue before.

If you are accurately describing your trouble, not leaving out any details, and I happened to show up at your house with a repair ticket, I would:

A) test your internet connectivity with my laptop. If I couldn't reproduce it with my laptop, but your PC continues to show symptoms then it'd be your PC. If my laptop behaved similarly....

B) replace modem and repeat A. If it solves it great. If not...

C) change xSLAM

Is the behavior the same on wired or wireless?

We have 1 wired PC and 2 wireless laptops, the issue is the same on all 3 of them. no idea what xSLAM is though.
