Service disruption (London Ontario)
I live in London and have the Start 6 mb/s plan. The past couple of days the connection has been dreadful. If I'm lucky i can get a page to load. Youtube is not even close to an option, downloads sometimes start at 5 kb/s but stop (Network error), and speedtest.net wont even reach the test page. Is there a service disruption, and is anyone else having this problem?
Not having any issues here. Suggest doing a factory reset on the modem, and connect your PC directly to the modem (ie no routers, wireless, etc) and see if that resolves the issue - if so then it's a router problem, if not then give us a call and we'd be happy to trouble-shoot it with you. Thanks.
