I heard that the cell modem service was decent at least with Rogers til they hiked up the price, and removed the overage fees. I've pretty much realized if they want internet, they'll need to go WISP - which is fine since they have the tower already - but the speeds just aren't sufficient as my mom does occasionally work on proposals and such from home. :\ As for Xplornet: I'm quite aware of their practices...
