Yeah, I have to give them the benefit of the doubt. For $7 a month, at least I have the peace of mind that if the modem craps out, I can have them replace it. Since I work from home at times and need to have pretty solid speeds, I can't risk using this modem after today. -- A citizen of The United States of Amnesia. How quickly we forget.
