It's a bit of a mess given that my Fibe TV speed has gone to 20/2 or less and they want to put me on a 25/10 profile. I wouldn't mind a 45/10 or even a 40/10 and I understand that watching TV will slow things down. Am getting conflicting answers from different people. Not sure what to do. Bell has been great up until now. Should have kept the DSL and TV internet separate but the 2 modems were taking up space! Much neater now if it would only work!

philip

I had both chats emailed to me for the record.

With the limit fast approaching I went the Direct Support forum to ask there. Bell_Darryl assured my account is set to unlimited bandwidth on their system and he has confirmed that with his colleague who deals with these things.
