my settings are set to "no filtering" Then you're the exception because everyone else is only seeing two options; "Show most relevant results" and "Filter explicit results".

my settings are set to "no filtering" So are mine. I don't remember how I did it though. I did my changes thru an iPad and then saved them to my profile. Maybe Google hasn't changed the "Settings" interface to a mobile device like an iPad. And then the saved settings carry over to all the different platforms.
