Remote GUI via C1000A

Hi,
I recently got a CenturyLink line up with a VDSL C1000A and want to be able to get to the network remotely since its not my main home.

Default Remote GUI looks like its on 443, but I changed it to 8085 so it matches the rest of my GUI's at my main home. When I attempt to connect to it via my Dynamic DNS account it just throws a message that the server was interrupted because of a dropped connection. When I look at the firewall info on the unit it looks like it may be dropping the request. I tried turning the firewall off and still had no luck.

I use DDWRT/Tomato pretty heavy and never really had any issues doing this, so I'm slightly perplexed at what I'm missing. I've never had to port forward a remote GUI and it doesn't seem like there is any ability to open a specific port thru the firewall since they come preset with a bunch of ports.

Any other ideas appreciated.

Thanks,
Mark
