Re: [Rant] Upsell instead of tech support Wow and I thought I had problems turning in my equipment. I was laid off from work and could no longer afford the service. I had to tell the lady behind the counter 5 times that no I did not want to continue or add to the service as I was now unemployed and could not afford it no longer before finally getting a receipt for the turn in. I repeated the same sentence each time with other people laughing in the lobby as she just didn't bother listening.  -- "I like to refer to myself as an Adult Film Efficienato." - Stuart Bondek |
