It says @charter.com on your profile. Are you talking about time warner services? and what package are u on? Upload seems low, if you have upstream issues it can affect everything.
reply to kilrathi Well, I ran a test on my sister's laptop remotely. I believe she pays for 10M mbps.
She had trojan which I removed. I was hoping that would get her computer back up to par as she was complaining about it being slow.
I did a Time Warner speed test on her laptop and those were my results? Everything else on her computer looked good after removing trojan but wondered if she was getting the correct speed or if I should call Time Warner tech.
