Re: [CFL] Upgrade to Turbo, VPN doesn't work anymore
Okay I found it...for some reason it wasn't showing in the list when I looked the first time. The reason you are having problems is you are running double NAT. Your modem is a router already and also has wireless that is better than the WRT54G.
Take the old Linksys router off and connect via the Ubee wireless or turn off the DHCP server in the WRT54G AND take the cable out of the WAN port of the Linksys and plug it into port 1 and just use the Linksys as an access point....
bridge the modem and use the Linksys as your router (not advised in this case).

OK, I unplugged the WRT54G, but my laptop doesn't see any wireless network from the ubee. Also, the wifi light on the front of the ubee is not lit.
I actually have a couple of computers hardwired through the WRT54G, so not sure I want to get rid of it. I'd be up for getting a newer router though. Recommendations?
I know you advised against it, but if I keep the WRT54G (or even get a new router), how exactly do I bridge the modem? I've read a lot about it online, but haven't figured out exactly how to do it or even exactly what it means. I've figured out how to log in to the ubee at 192.168.0.1 with user/user, but don't know which settings to change in order to bridge the modem.
