I recently activated a 25Mbps plan. I Live in Chicago, Lakeview.
Today my speed is 8.67Mbps, but most days it is no higher than 7.5Mbps. Also sometimes the connection drops unexpectedly.
Here's my details
Plan: 25Mbps
Modem: Motorola Surfboard sbg6580
Encoded Mac: fcd7f3099417bfacebf1dfc75227ec75c1cb358e

Should I post a pic of the locked channels in the modem config?
Is there something I can do to get the full speed from my connection?
