Explain what problem you're experiencing? Are you saying the latency is high? 55ms isn't bad by any means. If that is the problem, what is it usually?

Wow, I'm in Central Texas and get 51ms to that IP. 55ms from within California seems a tad excessive, but I suppose that a congested link somewhere in the path could slow things down.
