| I will tell you my husband was a huge skeptic about Lightning. He didn't think he would see a huge speed increase for the cost. I convinced him to try it and now he loves it. We upgraded from Turbo and it is well worth it for steady streaming and a bit faster gaming. It will depends on how you use your internet too. If you don't stream a lot and just browse then it may not be worth it to you to upgrade. |

I've never had an issue with reliability. The new modems are rock solid and fast and even before I upgraded I never had any problems. |

The service has been excellent; my Interent went out about 3 years ago and that was caused by a contractor cutting a main Cable....now that is realibility...... I happen to subscribe to Lightning. |
