I undestand provider dont like users do to this becasue they dont want to support every users switchs or router. However im looking for tips or links on how to do this. Thanks in advance.
Depends of what router and VoIP adapter you have, basically for router if has SIP ALG better disable it and for ATA enable everything related to NAT. Should not be a problem with Acanac, I had for a while an account with them and my ATA was behind the router. If you have problems give us more details and I'm sure you'll get the proper information.
