We're in the midst of building a new customer portal, in the mean-time just drop us a line at support@start.ca or give us a call and we'll get you setup. Thanks. |

 | reply to mlord Why bother when you can get a @hotmail, @live, @outlook, @gmail, @yahoo, etc. |

| reply to rocca I dislike their email system. The look is bad, outdated and old. One thing I really wish they improve is their email system.
Oh did you know?, we also have to give the password to the agent on the phone and use that password. How can I trust that? I just can't! I can't change the password on my own. This is 2013 and not 1999!!!!!!!
Sorry I had to say this as this irritated me when they asked for my password! |

Sorry I had to say this as this irritated me when they asked for my password! You do realize that if an agent/admin really wanted access to your email, they could just set the password themselves or log in to the admin system and look at every email you have, in today's traditional "secure" systems?? |

| reply to mlord My advice: Don't get hooked on your ISP's e-mail. If for some reason you decide to change to another ISP, or you simply move out of their territory, then updating your e-mail address everywhere is a major pain.
And rednekcowboy is absolutely right regarding passwords. |
|
 | Yea, thats true, but, i also do not support their way of how e-mail works.
Giving your password to support via e-mail or over the phone?
No WAY |

Come on guy, I am not talking about that am I? I am simply talking about giving the passwords to the agents!!! |

Actual customer quote: "Your holding my email address hostage, I'm going to report you to the CRTC"
I really suggest against ever tying your address to a specific ISP. |
