[Cable] Tek savvy cable down in Waterloo, ON

As of 8:34pm my tek savvy cable Internet it down in Waterloo, ON, N2J4J9. Was intermittent through the day but seems down for good now. Tried all the usual home remedies. Pretty sure the problem ain't on my end.

Hey guys,

Nothing reported. Can you please call into support 1-877-779-1575 and speak with tech support. We will need to Troubleshoot and possibly open a ticket.

My connection in SE Kitchener has been online all day yesterday and today without issue. Sounds like a localized issue.

I'm in Kitchener (Ottawa/Strasburg area) and my internet has been down since roughly 8PM last night as well. All the lights on the modem appear fine, but the router can't get a IP address from the modem.

I've tried two different routers, rebooted modem several times.

client of mine on rogers at gage and westmount was down this morning. Rogers told him it was an area issue.

Internet was flakey for me last night as well. My roommate just texted me telling me it's down again right now. Anyone else? I'm over by Laurier.

In the N2H area; down for me as well. Suffered outage at around the same time as reported in OP. Was still down this morning, but had to go to work.

Mine is still down after multiple reboots. Went down around 3ish. Called support and the earliest date a tech can come out is Wednesday. The cable isn't receiving any connection at all so I'm thinking one of the construction sites around me must have cut a wire or something. Extremely inconvenient.
