This kind of problem is usually a signal quality issue, caused by a damaged cable.
besides calling rogers how could one figure out which cable is damaged. My tv and phone always works even when the internet doesn't.
Unless you have an RG59-RG6 coax line tester best bet is run a Ping test to see if it's actually a line problem.Modems are very sensitive to line issues/bad connections etc. so unless you know what to hunt for your best bet is to call Rogers for a tech visit.
