I called tech support, and of course they said "Come by to change the modem, no problems on our end" It is also important to note, that this happens more often when I watch HD Streams or I play the game league of legends, I'd like to know what could be wrong.. Guy at tech also said it could be my pc? (Which I Loled at) Thanks in advance.

ABBJason join:2010-06-03 Altoona, PA	That sort of problem is either the modem loosing the connection to our headend, or an equipment problem. You can google the error Critical D003.0 DHCP FAILED and find many instances of this being the case. If the tech looked at your connection and said it wasn't a problem on our end, I'm assuming that your levels are good. I'd be happy to double check for you. If it isn't a signal problem, then it is going to be a modem problem. PM me some info and I can double check your modems signal levels. This error is just a case of the modem stating that it can't communicate with the DHCP server. It does not mean that the DHCP server is experiencing issues. If it was, I would gladly tell you that. It is always easier to acknowledge an outage than it is to get cracking on a tricky technical issue!
