cannot connect to my wireless cell phone hotspot

I use my hotspot for work when im not in the shop but i cannot get my dell with intel proset wireless to connect to my wireless hotspot on my galaxy s3. i can connect other phones and computers to it but cannot get my dell to connect. any ideas?

Is your dell configured for DHCP? Can it connect to other hotspots?
