You will need to provide the first six digits of the national number to be able to clearly identify the operator (eg 075551XXXX is an SFR number - certainly not a premium rate number).
The French DID that voip.ms says they cannot route to is:

Honestly, I think a matador has it easier than trying to keep a phone rate chart up to date. |
