Looks good and familiar. I did similar attic conversion over our garage in 2003 when my youngest was born. The only difference is I did place insulation over my unheated garage and made the attic space heated/cooled (and 2 x electrical outlets, overhead light and networked ... fun, fun). -- That's "MISTER"Kafir to you.
